Beautiful Tripp Lake With Shallow Sandy Beach in Poland Spring

Newly renovated (2008) lakefront cottage on sought-after Tripp Lake in Poland Springs, Maine. The 100
foot lakefront combines sandy beach with grassy and treed areas from which to take a dip, watch the
children play in the shallow entry to the lake, enjoy the sunsets, or take a nap in the shade. There
is a picnic table, plenty of lawn chairs and a large fireplace.
Roast marshmallows after dark, grill a steak for dinner or better yet, grill the fish you caught in
the lake a few minutes ago. Tripp is a pleasure - clean, beautiful and ready for your summer
enjoyment - swimming, boating (motor or other)fishing, sailing, canoing or whatever is your wish.
The cottage offers two bedrooms, one bath, a completely equipped eat-in kitchen as well as a huge
sunroom with full view of the lake. There is a large deck off the sunroon with a gas grill. There
are two double beds, one bunk bed with full lower bunk and single upper bunk . Need still more
sleeping space? Use the double automatically inflatable air mattress or the convertible couch. The
cottage will sleep 8 comfortably.
Domestic water comes from a drilled well that is checked for purity on a regular basis.
Also provided are linens, pillows and blankets and for chilly days or nights there is a new propane
stove for your comfort.
There are books and magazines for reading, games for adults and children to play and picture
puzzles to challenge you. The coffee table is stocked with current information about the area.
