Vacation Rental Rates

This turnkey, designer-decorated condo is being offered from  
November 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008 at the seasonal monthly  
rate of $2,400.  ***NEW SUMMER RATE*** April 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008 $1,500.00 per month plus  
all applicable sales tax and deposits.  Minimum rental is for one month.  There is a $750  
security deposit that may be refundable in full or in part upon the  
inspection of the condo at the end of the rental period.   
Additionally, you are allowed one pet up to 35 pounds with a  
separate $750 pet security deposit that may also be refundable in  
full or in part upon the inspection of the condo at the end of the  
rental period.  This condo is available for an annual rental as of  
April 5, 2008 at the monthly rate of $1,800.  Ask Ivan for details. 
 
This fully-furnished unit is also being rented on an annual basis as  
of April 5, 2008 through March 31, 2009 at an annual monthly rate of  
$1,800.  There is a $750 security deposit that may be refundable in  
full or in part upon the inspection of the condo at the end of the  
rental period.  Additionally, you are allowed one pet up to 35  
pounds with a separate $750 pet security deposit that may also be  
refundable in full or in part upon the inspection of the condo at
