Vacation Rental Owner/Manager

Vacation Rental Description

Second floor condo located in the heart of the Plateau, next to 
famous Square Saint-Louis. The unit is fully furnished, equipped, 
has a beautiful shared garden at the back. One bedroom (1 
Queen, one sofa bed in Living room), living room and dining room, 
fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, 
toaster, capuccino machine, regular coffee machine). The unit 
includes three televisions, DVD player, cable, telephone, high speed 
internet and wireless network access. Washer/dryer, air conditioning 
unit,iron, ironing board, hair dryer, desk for computer, house ware, 
linens and towels are supplied.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The apartment is located in downtown Montreal, in the heart of the 
Plateau. The unit is within walking distance of Prince-Arthur, Saint-
Denis street, Saint-Lawrence blvd, Old Montreal, Place des Arts, 
Chinatown, cafés, bars, chic restaurants, and hip shopping. All the 
festivals (Winter Festival (), High Lights 
Festival (), Grand Prix F1 ()
festivities, International Fireworks Competition (, 
), Jazz Festival (), Just for Laughs (), Rogers Cup Tennis (), International 
Film Festival () are within walking distance of 
condo.
The drive from Trudeau international airport is 25 minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates $160 - $210 CAD according to season
Weekly rates $900 - $1200 CAD according to season
Monthly rates $2300 - $2600 CAD according to season
**Grand Prix week: $295/night $1600/week

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on 
arrival + a $200 refundable security/damage deposit. A credit card 
imprint is required for the security deposit will 
be refunded at checkout.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there are no refunds unless 
unit is re-rented. If you cancel more than 7 days prior, all 
payments less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order, Cashiers 
cheque, cash, travelers cheques.
PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be 
done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so 
as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal). Overseas 
clients can option to pay by Paypal or by wire transfer bank to bank 
(banking info can be supplied on request).
***A cleaning fee of $50 is applicable to rentals of 7 nights and less
