Vacation Rental Description

     This is a beautiful condo in one of Ixtapa's nicest complexes.  It is a small resort, just 72 
units, with gorgeous, impeccably maintained grounds and swimming pool.  Situated on the north end of 
Ixtapa's main beach, away from the crowds and vendors.  Just across the parking lot is the marina, 
featuring several great restaurants, a small party store, and some other shopping.  There is a bus 
stop and taxi stand there, too.  
     We are located on the third and fourth floors, each level has a small balcony overlooking the 
lush landscaping with distant views of the ocean.  You can hear the waves at night if you leave the 
door open.  The main floor has a living area and kitchen, a full marble bath, and a bedroom with 
bunk beds.  There's a double bed below with a single above.  The entire upstairs is the master 
bedroom suite.  It has a queen size bed and a full marble bathroom, and it's own balcony.

Vacation Rental Amenities

    We have a private poolside restaurant/bar that serves great authentic Mexican food, open 9 am to 
8 pm every day.  We have lots of lounge chairs and ten palapas on the beach, so getting your spot by 
the pool or on the beach shouldn't be a problem, unlike the hotels down the beach where it's a daily 
battle to stake out your spot.  We have 60 cable channels, 2 TVs with DVD players, a full kitchen, 
24/7 security, maid service twice a week is included, common laundry facilities, reserved parking, 
A/C, pool towels.  Walking distance to town.  

Activities and Attractions

     Excellent golf and tennis just across the parking lot; swimming, snorkling, surfing, scuba 
diving, horseback riding, hiking, jetskiing, parasailing, fishing, boating, and just relaxing on the 
beach are local area activities.  A great day trip is to Isla Ixtapa, or to La Ropa Beach in Zihua.  
Town has an amazing variety of restaurants, including great Italian, sushi, American, and of course 
the best in Mexican fare.  The dance clubs range from beach-casual at Carlos and Charlie's, to super-
glam cosmopolitan at Kristie's, and they stay open late!  The craft market in Ixtapa is great, all 
the same stuff you see in Zihua, but with less aggressive salespeople.  Great bargains for Mexican 
crafts, silver, and carved marble and wood.  The locals are really nice, we have only ever had good 
experiences with them.  We visit the same vendors everytime we visit, they have become our friends, 
and we love supporting their art.  There is a local nature preserve that has outstanding 
opportunities to see exotic wildlife of all kinds.
