Living Room and a 32 Inch LCD wall mounted TV in Bedroom with 
HDTV service,  freshly painted.  Gated community with private 
beach access, two swimming pools (one heated), and tennis courts.   
Great location, great beach, walking distance to restaurants and 
close to the St Augustine historic area.  About 30  -   45 minute 
drive to Jacksonville.

This unit is great for corporate housing or 
someone looking for a month to month furnished unit.

***NOW ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS*** (Visa and Mastercard Only, a $55

will be added for any and all payments made with a Credit Card, 
Credit cards can only be used for rent and cannot be used for 
Security Deposit, Security Deposits must be made by check or money 
order.)

Holidays: Add $100.00 extra for Holiday Weeks (Easter, Memorial, 
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

Payment Policy: 

Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A security/damage deposit of $400 is 
charged at the time of booking to reserve the dates. 
  
A HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING fee of $75 applies to all rentals and is due 
at the time of full payment. 

All Rentals are subject to applicable Taxes.  Florida
Resort tax of 9%

Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Pay Pal, Personal 
checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted forms of 
payment.

Refund of Security Deposit

The deposit will be returned within 14 business days of departure if 
there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and 
after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including 
linens, keys, gate cards, parking passes etc. PLEASE NOTE You will 
be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. 

Cancellation Policy: 

For cancellation of 30 days or more will be charged a handling fee 
of $50.00 Cancellations of less than 14 days prior to arrival will 
be charged the entire deposit of $400. 

Rules: A rental agreement will be e-mailed to you that will must be 
signed and returned with the security/damage deposit. The agreement 
includes rules and rental requirements.

Sorry, No smoking  No rentals to individuals under 25 years of age. 
No behavior that is in conflict with the condo rules. No Spring 
Breakers, No House parties.
