Welcome to our Hidden Treasure Condo.
We have lovely, one-bedroom units just steps from the white sandy
beaches of the gulf of Mexico. These condos have been remodeled in a
delightful way for your unforgetable vacation experience.
Our Hidden Treasure features brand new central AC, fully equipped
kitchens, queen sized-beds or two twins as desired. A pull out queen
size sofa-sleeper enables our guests to sleep four adults
comfortably.
Luxury linens and towels are a must for our guests.
Our beautifully landscaped court-yard consists of two paved patios
for your outside enjoyment.
Two parking spaces for each of our guests. Wireless internet access
available (additional cost paid to outside vendor).
A short walk to the white sand beach make the location ideal.
This paradise getaway is something you will never forget.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Central air conditioning,Direct TV ,VCR,stereo, CD player,board
games for children and adults, full kitchen, microwave,tea kettle and
coffee maker. All cooking utensils and household products are provided.
Washer and Dryer on site for the exclusive use of our guests only.
Activities and Attractions
Our community offers a quaint local park with new Tennis courts,
baseball field and playground.
Historical John's Pass offers gourmet restaurants, boutiques, unique
gift shops,water activities, deep sea fishing and day cruises.
Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium and the
Fort De Soto Wildlife Preserve are 30 minutes away. Disney World,
Universal Studios and Epcot Center are a 90 minute ride to Orlando.

Vacation Rental Rates
December 15 - April 30: $595.00 per week
May 1 - December 14: $395.00 per week
Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax and a $70 cleaning fee.
A reservation/security deposit, in the amount of 25% of the total rental, must be received to hold
your reservation. A damage deposit will be in the form of a "hold" on your credit card.
Multi-week discounts available.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
Full payment of all rental fees required 30 days prior to arrival.
