New Chalet Style Executive Lake Home in the Siren Wisconsin Area.  Our home on North Sand Lake is 15  
miles from Siren, 45 miles from Hayward, and 100 miles from Minneapolis and St. Paul. 
A Championship golf course is located 5 miles from our door.  Fine dining and shopping are near by. 
North Sand Lake is a crystal clear 1000 acre recreational lake with great fishing. On a scale of one  
to ten; our sand beach is a ten! ( no weeds here. ) We have a very private, wooded setting, located  
on 3 wooded acres with over 300 feet of lake frontage, ( can't see the neighbors. )  Our elevation  
is ideal. The home is at lake level with a nice easy walk to the dock / beach area.  Our home has  
over 3200 finished square feet, sleeps 12 and has 3 finished bathrooms.  Enjoy meals and drinks  
relaxing on our deck and screen porch, which overlook the lake and a quiet private wildlife area. 
 
If you are looking for First Class accommodations, in a private setting, and a perfect sand beach on
