weekend getaway to relax. Beautiful Ocean Front Condo & Spa boutique style building consist of only  
60 units and features beautiful breakfast/cafe bar, full sized cabana areas, pool, updated fitness  
room and direct access to beach from pool deck.  
 
This intimate boutique single non-smoking studio room offers: a queen size bed w/Duvet Covers  
comforters, a tub w/jets & shower, hair dryer, writing/dinning table for 2, mini refrigerator,  
microwave, coffee maker, TV/DVD player, cable tv, Am/fm radio and alarm clock, in-room safe, and in- 
room free wireless internet connection.  
 
(ROOM IS EXACTLY AS IT LOOKS IN PHOTOS & WINDOW IS NOT OCEAN VIEW). 
  
This property is located RIGHT ON THE BEACH and is just minutes from trendy South Beach / Lincoln  
Road Mall and from world famous Bal Harbor shopping. Normandy Shores Golf Club offers 18 holes of  
play two miles from the hotel. The fabulous South Beach night life and the Miami Art Deco district  
are only moments away!  
 
You will be staying in the heart of Miami Beach, Condo/Hotel is at the intersection of world-renowned  
Collins Avenue and 65th Street. Condo is walking distance to shops, boutiques, beauty parlor,  
restaurants, Blockbuster video, pizzerias, N.Y. Bagels, publix, cvs, walgreens, laundry mat and much  
more.....  
 
Location is very important when on vacation and here you have access to I-195 highway to the  
mainland which is the best. It is less than 25 minutes from the Miami Seaquarium, Bayside and other  
major attractions.  It is just 20 minutes from Miami Int'l Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami  
and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. 
 
You get top Location, Great Price and Quality! If your looking for a nice quiet and relaxing place  
to stay you found it! 
 
PLS NOTE: **PHOTOS SHOWN** are exactly what you are paying for. Room photo shown is the actual room,  
bathroom etc... The 1st photo with the pool and ocean view is so you can see how close the beach is  
to the pool/cabana area (you are right on the beach) and photo no.2 is the view from the fitness room  
and patio area (VIEWS ARE NOT FROM THE ROOM).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Features: Wireless Internet access is complimentary, the a business center features fax & photocopy  
services. Concierge service, Laundry service, Valet and Management on site. Self-parking at the hotel  
is available (there is a $12.00 daily fee when staying as my guest which you will arrange directly  
with the condominiums front desk) or public parking is available in the area for $1.00 from 8am - 6pm  
(check time at time of parking in case hourly schedule has changed).  
 
This Condo/Hotel is fully a non-smoking environment. 
 
The Fitness Center overlooks the swimming pool and beach, where beach chairs are available at  
no cost. The beach is quiet and private. Guests also may enjoy the Café Frappé Bistro for breakfast,  
casual lunch and refreshing drinks (features: creperie serves specialty coffees (Great lattes!),  
pastries, snacks and traditional crepes). Seating is available in the lobby or on the patio by the  
pool.

Activities and Attractions

Spa services, laundry, valet service available upon request (Check fees $$ at front desk). Limited  
self park is offered by condo/hotel for a fee of $12.00 per day as My Guest otherwise condo/hotel  
charges $20.00 per day. You can also enjoy the luxury of having the concierge co-ordinate tee times  
at the nearby historic Miami Beach Golf Club, or arrange for a local tour or cruise. All arrangements  
to be made with front desk. 
 
At this location you have near you all you need to make this a wonderful vacation (Local Park by the  
beach, Lincoln Road Mall, Art Galleries, Boat Rentals, Bicycle Rentals, Boating & Sailing,  Diving,  
Fishing, Jet Skies, Movie Theatres, Museums, Performing Arts and the famous South Beach Night Clubs). 
 
Whatever your desire is on your vacation/getaway this is the perfect spot to do it. You can relax,  
take early walks on the beach, go jogging, swimming, sunbathing, do variety of watersports, go to  
the theater, romantic dinning or dancing the night away, you have it all to choose.

Vacation Rental Rates

Mimimum 2 nights. Rates thru the year...starting from $65.00 - $98.00 PER DAY depending on season. 
(price includes fresh towels & garbage removal service to the room ONLY) If you'd like sheets  
changed and/or more detailed cleaning during your stay there is a $25.00 fee you can arrage with the  
front desk.

Call Now for Reservations, don't wait till the last minute b/c this unit doesn't last long (popular  
rental all year round for the price $). Call in advance for best chance of availability.  
 
Payment Must be RECEIVED in order to confirm RESERVATION. I will ONLY accept Money Orders or Cashier  
Check if mailed 3 weeks ahead of time or you can pay thru paypal. Paypal service fees apply. Rental  
amount fee $ + paypal fees = total $ amount to be paid thru paypal. (Call me for room & paypal  
quote). Keep in mind these are NOT MY FEES these are fees paypal charges for the service and they  
must be added to the amount in order for me to receive the correct amount for the rental reservation. 
  
Full payment must be received prior to arrival (unless otherwise agreed at time of reservation). Once  
payment has been made you will receive a confirmation number, unit no. and any additional information  
needed. Key will be provided at front desk at time of check in with your confirmation no. 
 
Cancellation policy: 
Cancellations for a room reservation must be received 5 days prior to the expected day of arrival. On  
Special Events/Holidays, cancellation notice must be received up to five (7) days prior to arrival.  
If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, I will charge the  
full one night room rate and for Special Events/Holidays will charge a two night room rate.
