Vacation Rental Description

Our newly renovated condo is located on the second floor of the Garden City Guest house.  It has one  
bedroom with private balcony looking over the marsh land, the bedroom has a queen size bed. We have  
one full bath with shower/tub combo, totally equipt kitchen, spacious living/dining room, with a  
double sleeper sofa.  The condo has a pool and jacuzzi for your use.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We are located one block from the beach, and Garden City fishing pier.  The pier has a resturant and  
cabana bar with nightly music in the summer.  We are also across the street from local shops,  
resturants, and bars.  The guest house offers a coin operated laundry facilities, an elevator,  
courtyard, pool and hot water spa.

Activities and Attractions

Murrells Inlet is approximatley 2 miles south, there you will find lots of activities such as  
charter fishing, scuba diving lessons, parasailing, jet ski rentals, and many unique shops and  
resturants. 
 
Myrtle Beach is approximatley 15 mile north, there you will find amusement parks, night life, and  
the famous Broadway on the beach.

January through April $625.00 per month  
January through April $310.00 per week 
May thru September    $670.00 per week 
October thru December $625.00 per month 
October thru December $310.00 per week
