oriented seashore resort just 20 miles from Ocean City, Maryland to
the South and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware to the North. Bethany Beach is
generally considered to be the most desirable of the family-oriented
beaches that Delaware has to offer. The Salt Pond is the only resort
community located within Bethany Beach.

Bethany Retreat is a beautiful single family home in Bethany's only
resort community, "The Salt Pond". Our home comes with beach-front
parking passes and all of the amenities that the "Salt Pond" resort
offers. This home sits on a premium lot backing up to the Bethany Loop
Canal and just a stone's throw from the intersection of the Assawoman
Canal. Watch "Harry" the Blue Heron fish from our dock as you sip
your morning coffee and the kids watch a video.

After fun in the sun, come back to this spacious, well-appointed
home only minutes from the beach and park your car out of the heat in
the two-car garage. Cook meals in the gourmet stocked kitchen or on
the back deck. Eat outside or inside and enjoy the boats and birds on
the canal.

After dinner, you may want to swing a few clubs, play an evening game
of golf or visit the pro-shop. Take your active kids to the arcade, the
outdoor or indoor swimming pool (adult and kiddy pools), the tennis,
volleyball or basketball courts--or take a long bike ride around the
maze of roads in the Salt Pond resort.

Remember, you are not just at the beach, you are staying at a resort
at the beach. When you think about it, it doesn't get any better than
this. The pools are about 2 minute drive and 10 minute walk from this
home.

After all this fun and excitement, available exclusively to owners
and guests of Bethany's premiere resort community, you may be
wanting to wind down and relax. Sit out back and watch the tide come
in or out in the canal or watch the myriad of birds fly up and down
the canal, feeding on fish and small crabs. Later, if you decide that
you don't want to go out on the town, no problem--there are four
televisions and two VCR/DVD players to suit everyone's movie preferences.

The master bedroom suite has a king sized bed. Two of the other
bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has two twin
beds. The den had a queen sleeper sofa and the Florida room has a
daybed with trundle. This well-appointed home easily sleeps 8 to 12
people.

All of the furniture in this home is comfortable and functional.
Everything is pristine and clean. To keep it that way, we do not
allow smoking, no exceptions and we ask that our guests treat our
home as if it was theirs.

the town of Bethany Beach. The home rents from Saturday to Saturday.
