Emerald Beach Resort is a brand new condominium like no other! Relax 
and enjoy the crystal clear water and sugar sand beaches!! The 
resort opened in Feb 2007.  Current amenities include a year round 
heated beachfront pool/spa with an in-season full bar/food service 
tiki hut and a Starbucks.  Amenities planned to 
open in 2008 include a skybridge bar, rooftop pool/spa and zero entry
Floridita heated pool. This low floor end unit is as comfortable as it 
is beautiful. A professionally customized furniture package clearly 
supports the five star rating. Awake each morning in the master bedroom
to a spectacular gulf front bay window view.  This unit sleeps eight 
comfortably.

This unit is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. No renters under 
the age of 25.

All rates are subject to a $300 security deposit, 10.5% tax and $75 cleaning fee.
