distance to the WaWa, Convention Center, parks/playgrounds, church, shopping, restuarants and bars. It's all at your fingertips: closeness, comfort and convenience. To top it all off, go up to the roof-top deck and get an amazing view of the Friday night fireworks
during the summer months.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The Master and second bedrooms have queen size
beds. The third bedroom has twin/full bunk bed. All beds are
equipped with pillows, blankets and comforters. Please bring your own
sheets and towels! Master and Second bedroom have a TV and DVD player and third bedroom has a TV and Playstation 2.

Dining/Living Area: Cable TV, DVD player and stereo system in the
living room. Comfortable sectional with a full size sleeper. Kitchen is fully-equipped and dining table seats 6 to 8.

Families, Dance companies, fireman, bikers, all welcome to stay and
enjoy our home! We are perfectly located one block from the beach and
Morey's Pier as well as the waterparks. We are walking distance to
many restaurants. Local attractions are the Cape May Zoo, Cape May,
miniature golf, shopping and, of course, ice cream! We do not accept rentals from groups  under the age of 25.

Nightly Rates:

May: $175 a night with the exception of Memorial Day Weekend

June: $200 a night until June 14th then nightly rate increases to $300.

July/August: $300 a night Monday-Thursday; $350 a night Friday-Sunday

September: $200 a night Monday-Thursday; $275 a night Friday-Sunday with the exception of Labor Day Weekend

October: $175 a night Monday-Thursday; $250 a night Friday-Sunday
