This house is three levels with the third being ideal for an in-law
unit as it has a large kitchen, Game Room with Pool table, and
lots of board games, TV, DVD, door leading to deck with large hot
tub,
two bedrooms, and woodburning fireplace! On the midlevel you'll find
another family room with plasma T.V., Stereo, Dining Room another
kitchen (fully equipped) another woodburning fireplace, another
deck,two more bedrooms, and large windows to enjoy the beautful view
as the house is surrounded by giant pine trees.
The sheds are stocked with Sleds for the whole family in the winter
and mountain bikes for the summer as it is close to some of the most
beautiful trails in Tahoe. The top level has a two more bedrooms, a
loft with a foosball table, and skylights throughout. This house is
perfect for large groups, family get together, or corporate events.
All three of the seating areas, loft or family rooms, are perfect for
hanging out and socializing.

This home is only a couple of miles to Heavenly ski Resport, about
one
more mile to the casinos, or drive the other direction to Sierra at
Tahoe and arrive in about 30 minutes. Golf, the lake, and shopping
are only minutes away.
