Welcome toEsteroBeachand Tennis Club #1003C. This cozy one bedroom, one bath tenth floor, Gulf front condo is only steps away from a sandy Gulf beach and offers you a combination of Gulf views and lively Estero Boulevard. It can accommodate four people.

Drop your bags and head out to the balcony where you can begin to unwind and view theGulf of Mexico.  Breathe in the sea air and feel the ever present Gulf breezes. Keep a watchful eye – you may see some dolphins frolicking or a bald eagle perched atop a neighboring condo roofline.

This great condo is full of color that adds a tropical feel to your vacation. Even an exotic faux bird hangs on a wire above the sofa. It offers you a combined living and dining area. You can relax and watch a movie on the 40" flat screen TV and be close to the well equipped kitchen for an intermission snack. The couch is a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 guests.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed.  There is a room divider separating the bedroom from the living area for privacy. The adjoining bathroom awaits you for a quick shower or a lingering bath.

For your convenience, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and misc. beach toys are provided, as well as tennis racquets and balls.

Wireless internet is available in the lobby for those who need to stay in touch with the office, family or friends.  Shared laundry facilities, with multiple washers and dryers, are located on the first floor for your laundry needs. Grab a book, relax beachfront on a lounger and wait for your laundry. Not a fan of reading? Then take a swim in the beautiful, large, in-ground heated pool, or an afternoon siesta poolside on one of the many loungers.

After you have walked the white sugar sand beach, stroll across the street to Santini Mall where there are unique shops and restaurants, (there are at least 7 restaurants within walking distance, many with live entertainment).  Right next door is the Fish Tale Marina that has fresh fishing bait. Rent a boat and venture out into theEsteroBay.

Then later, just down the street is the Beach Theatre where you can order a meal and take in the latest flick. Of course, a game of tennis should be on your schedule, too with the multiple tennis courts right on site.Fort MyersBeach’s own golf course is a stone’s throw away if golf is in your plans.

Off Season: $450-$500 weekly,  $1300-$1500 monthly
Peak Season:  $800-$975 weekly,  $2800-$3250 monthly

Please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver, a $100 cleaning fee, and an 11% tax to the above rates.  Utilities are included.
