We know that times are tough and the economy effects all of us. This is our personal condo. The costs that are incurred are simply to offset the costs of owning and upkeeping a condo. We aim to attract good families and couples that are interested in staying with us year after year. We use this condo for ourselves and it is as comfortable and fulfilling as home, I'm sure you will appreciate it as much as we do. It is a quiet atmosphere and the grounds are in excellent conditions.
The room is located on the 3rd floor, with full ocean front view,
room has been completely redecorated with one king and two full
sized
beds and two full baths(check floor plan).
You can watch the beautiful sunrise overlooking the ocean from your
balcony sipping hot tea or coffee with your family.
You can fish off the pier or boardwalk, within a short walk
from your room.
Daytona Speedway USA is only 3 miles away
Convention Center, Boardwalk, OceanWalk Entertainment Complex within
a mile!
Only 4 miles away from The World's Largest Flea Market at Daytona
Beach
