square feet excluding the lanai and its in absolutely pristine  
condition. Included are all the amenities to make your stay  
comfortable and relaxing.   
 
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, private  
bathroom and cable TV.  Bedroom #2 is equipped with a full size bed.  
Bedroom #3 is equipped with bunk beds (Twin on top and full on  
bottom) and cable TV. All linens, pillows, comforters and towels are  
provided - as well as a fully equipped kitchen. 
 
The house in on a very wide canal, with easterly exposure that  
provides for beautiful sunrises from the dock or the heated pool.   
There is also great fishing right from the back yard.

Centrally located on Marco Island, this property is just minutes to  
the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all Marco has to offer.  
Additionally, you are a short walk to Mackle park where there is a  
walking or rollerblading trail, basketball pavilion, awesome jungle  
gym for kids, shuffleboard, and my family’s favorite - free pool  
tables, ping pong and air hockey. 
 
The Marco/Naples area offers everything from picturesque and  
challenging golf courses, both backwater and Gulf fishing, boating,  
jet skiing, parasailing, everglade escapes, snorkeling and dining  
experiences to match all tastes. Marco offers excellent shelling,  
Gulf swimming and beautiful sunsets.
