each overlooking the bay. This is a fully furnished unit.

$1000 - $1500 per Week. Weekly rental from Sunday to Sunday. Minimum 2 and 3 night weekday or
weekend rates available $250 per night(availability depending on the week).

Thanksgiving week

$1250 per week for Summer rate June 1st through Sept 7th (all weeks not mentioned above)

$1000 per week for Spring/Fall/Winter weeks for all weeks not mentioned above.

Deposit Required in advance. Check or money order required on all reservations. 1/2 of rental
amount due at time of reservation (2 business days for mail). Remaining amount due at time of
Arrival (Cash or money order). Full deposit refunded with 30 day notice of cancellation. $250
charge for cancellation with 15 to 29 days notice and $500 charge for cancellation with 14 days or
less notice.

$200 Refundable Security Deposit due at time of arrival. Amount refunded within 3 business days
after check out with no damage or missing items.
