Enjoy the Summer on Montauk in a park-like setting. Walk to
the beach in 10 minutes, or ride a bike there in less than 5! Do you
love to golf? Montauk Downs is a quarter mile up the road! Love to
surf? World famous Ditch Plains is five minutes by car! Fishing? I'll
leave a map with a couple of my favorite secret spots.

Then come home and grill on the back yard patio and throw a handful of
vine-ripened tomatoes into your salad! Our house is a garden haven,
with mature trees, beautiful flower beds, a kitchen garden, and long
expanses of lawn for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The backyard is
completely fenced and the front is screened by a thick hedge.

Inside there are four tastefully furnished bedrooms, including a
master suite with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is
fully equipped with a gas-fired cooktop, microwave, bread machine,
cuisinart, etc. Or forget the cooking -- Montauk's best restaurants
are just minutes away!
