Vacation Rental Description

Currently rented until November 1st - we will not know until September 1st if it will be available 
for winter rentals. Completely redone townhome - Two master bedrooms, each with their 
own bath, on the upper level.  Main level has living room with 
fireplace,cable tv, 1/2 bath, kitchen and eating area.  Charming 
patio to relax and enjoy our wonderful weather on! Two car covered 
parking in front of unit.  
This home has just had a complete remodel, all new furniture.  
Bedrooms are large and have two new queen size beds. 
Space for extra floor sleeping if necessary.  Port a crib available 
on request Hardwood flooring throughout most of the home. Absolutely 
Gorgeous Living Space and Convenient to all sport activities, 
shopping and restaurants.

Community pool to relax and lounge by.  The pool area is beautiful.

local event. Ten minutes to the Renaissance Hotel and Westgage Area.

Vacation Rental Rates

$500 to hold reservation (this check will be cashed) and a separate 
check for $500 that we will hold until the home has been cleaned and 
inspected after departure.  We can also take VISA and Mastercard
Remaining rental fee and cleaning fee of $75 due 30 days prior to occupancy.  
Also available for a weekly rate of $500 until November 15th and $700 from 
November 15th to May 31st.  Monthly rates $1375 until November 15th, 
November 15th to May 31st $2000.  Lengthy stays can be negotiated.  
We also rent for weekends and nightly stays, please inquire.
