$500 to hold reservation (this check will be cashed) and a separate
check for $500 that we will hold until the home has been cleaned and
inspected after departure. We can also take VISA and Mastercard
Remaining rental fee and cleaning fee of $75 due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Also available for a weekly rate of $500 until November 15th and $700 from
November 15th to May 31st. Monthly rates $1375 until November 15th,
November 15th to May 31st $2000. Lengthy stays can be negotiated.
We also rent for weekends and nightly stays, please inquire.
