the quiet southwest corner of Palm Valley with stunning views of the 
palms and desert mountains. Step out onto your golf course patio 
located on a the double fairways of the 6th and 7th holes of the par 
72 championship golf course. 

Of the 46 pools in the guarded and gated community of Palm Valley, 
the closest to this vacation rental is just 4 doors down and 
practically a private pool. Come enjoy the newly revamped clubhouse 
with a Jr. Olympic pool, fitness facilities, full service day 
spa "The Retreat", nail & hair salon, 2 restaurants, an more.

Upon entering the courtyard of this great 2 bedroom unit you'll 
notice the gas barbeque where you can enjoy a cookout or your 
morning coffee. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, all stainless 
steel appliances, well appointed and decorated dining and family 
rooms, and comfortable bedrooms that can sleep 4 (one king and one 
queen), plus  2 additional people on a day bed with twin trundle in 
the morning room  if needed. Both the oversized family room and the 
lovely master suite have giant glass sliding doors to take advantage 
of the views of the golf course and distant mountains.
