Vacation Rental Description

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment 1 block from the beach. Fully equipted apartment with a front 
porch and large private back patio. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The guest bedroom has 
two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The apartment is 10 years old and was 
redecorated in 2007 with a tropical motif. The kitchen contains a confection oven with glass top 
stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. The front porch has wicker furniture for sitting in 
the afternoons and enjoying the ocean breezes, having a cocktail or afternoon snack. There is a rear 
patio with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table and a gas bar-b-que grill. It's a delightful place 
to have your morning coffee or breakfast as it's shaded from the morning sun.

No smoking, no pets; $100.00 prepaid cleaning fee will be added.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walk 1 block to the beach. The apartment is located in the heart of Juno Beach approximately 1 mile  
from Jupiter Beach. The Juno beach fishing pier and turtle museum are approximately 1 mile away. 
Golf, tennis, swimming pools, restaurants, shopping, theaters, places of worship and other 
activities are within a few miles of this unit. The airport is approximately a 20 minute drive as is 
the Kravis Center, a preforming arts center and the world famous island of Palm Beach.

Activities and Attractions

The Juno beach fishing pier and turtle museum are approximately 1 mile away. Golf, tennis, swimming 
pools, restaurants, shopping, theaters, places of worship and other activities are within a few 
miles of this unit. There is a bicycle path along ocean drive from Juno Beach to the Jupiter Inlet. 
Commercial fishing charters, jet sky rentals and other water activities are within 10 minutes from 
the apartment. The Maltz theater, a preforming arts theater is approximately 5 minutes from the 
apartment and the Roger Dean Baseball Stadium, winter home of the St. Louis Cardnials and the Expos 
is less than 10 minutes west of the apartment. Most the activities are within walking or biking 
distance. The airport is approximately a 20 minute drive as is the Kravis Center, a preforming arts 
center and the world famous island of Palm Beach.
