$1500 per single month April 15 through December 15 (includes utilities & cable)
Weekly rentals depending on availability 1000 per week, 2 week minimum during season.
All rentals will be charged a $125 exit cleaning fee and 11% bed
tax fee (except 6 mo + 1 day)
