Vacation Rental Description

This house is in an upscale gated golf course community in Las  
Vegas. The house contains 2632 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths,  
sleeps up to 8. It's fully furnished with a spa in the backyard,  
includes tasteful custom executive style furnishings.  
 
Beautiful 18 hole public golf course, including driving range, pro- 
shop, restaurant & bar are all within walking distance. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

House is 2632 square feet with a 3 car garage, outdoor spa  
surrounded by tropical landscaping. Custom made furniture from  
Prescott, Arizona is found throughout the house (dining table,  
master bed, kitchen table, entertainment center, etc.). House has a  
full kitchen, island sink, granite countertops, gas range, micro- 
wave, dishwasher, purified water system, ice maker refrigerator,  
coffee/exspresso maker, just about everything you could need. Family  
room contains television with surround sound stereo, with cable. Two  
huge pillow couches and a fireplace. 
 
In addition, this home has an office ready to use. Desks with  
computers that come with high speed internet service. Office is  
fully equiped with fax machine and copier to handle any business  
needs. 
 
A large master bedroom contains a custom king sized bed, bathtub,  
T.V. on cable, VCR and DVD system. The two upstairs bedrooms have  
twinbed's and one trundell bed. The Living room has two sleeper  
couches, one queen sized pillow-mattressed unit and the other is a  
twin bed.  
 
The backyard is tropically landscaped which includes the spa,  
hammock  
and gas BBQ. French doors open up onto the backyard patio which has  
outdoor speakers making this house fabulous for entertaining.  

Activities and Attractions

This home is centrally located a few blocks from the golf course  
club house. The golf course is a beautifully laid out course  
maintained very well. Year round play is available at a reasonable  
rate, with tee-times not hard to book. 
 
The home is conveniently located 1/4 mile from shopping and  
restaurants. It has easy access to the 215 beltway freeway and only  
a 15 minute drive to the Vegas strip and McCarran International  
Airport.
