beautifully landscaped grounds. On expansive sandy beach with 4 small
palapas.
20 minutes from the airport and Cabo San Lucas. Taxi and bus
available at site.

Excellent quality queen-size mattress, linens, towels.
Fully equipped kitchenette with apartment-sized refrigerator, microwave, hotplate;coffeemaker, toaster/oven.
Propane BBQ on patio with table and chairs.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Satellite TV.
Internet access in common area by pool.
Laundry facilities at nearby Plaza las Palmas, or may contact our pick up laundry service.
Guarded parking area, with tag required (to be picked up in HOA office
upon arrival).

Our unit does not have a pool or ocean view. It is on the East side of the complex, very close the beach.

Nearby activites include: surfing, fishing, golf, snorkeling, sea
kayaking, horseback riding, seasonal whale watching...everything the
Los Cabos area has to offer. Relax by the pool or on the beach; tour East Cape by Jeep; visit
lively Cabo San Lucas or quaint San Jose del Cabo, both with extensive
shopping and world-class restaurants.

$500/week, or $85/night with a 3 night minimum
Holiday weeks $600: Christmas and New
Year, Easter, Spring Break and Thanksgiving weeks
10% discount for multiple weeks
50% deposit to reserve dates with balance due 30 days before arrival
