Come and enjoy our bright and beautiful condo at family-oriented Regency Towers Resort at the quiet
end of the beach on Thomas drive. For your viewing pleasure, our unit is on the 7th floor with a
large balcony overlooking the gulf where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets, as well as daily
dolphin sightings.
Our condo is furnished with your comfort in mind and has become a home away from home for many of
our return guests. It offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with a king size bed in the master
bedroom, 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom, and a full-size sofa sleeper. There is a television
in each bedroom, as well as in the living room, a DVD player and VHS player in the living room, and
a VHS player in the master bedroom. The kitchen has all new appliances, microwave, stove,
refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, and toaster. Other features include
a large-capacity, heavy-duty washer and dryer. Linens are furnished.
The complex has 2 large pools, one heated, and a large kiddie pool, as well as 2 jacuzzies. It has
a game room, exercise room, and lighted tennis courts. This is a gated complex and has a security
guard on duty 24 hours a day.
vacation rental rates
Winter -- November-February -- $950.00 per month.
Spring break -- March 1-April 15 -- $950.00 per week.
April 15-May 31 -- $650.00 per week.
Summer -- June-July -- $1100.00 per week.
Fall -- August-October -- $650.00 per week.
Rental by week only during June and July, Saturday to Saturday.
Three nights minimum required for other months. Call for daily rates.
Refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required.
Renters must be 25 years of age.
