you are offered some of the best shelling (where sand dollars are
plentiful), Gulf swimming and beach strolls available up and down
the Gulf coast.

Heated pool, 10 tennis courts(extra charge), fitness room. Boat
slips on the bay available for rent. Linens and bath towels
provided. Laundry room on each floor. There are beach chairs, beach
towels, wireless internet access, cable TV, DVD and VCR available.

Walk North and experience the quiet solitude of the beach and its
natural areas. Walk further North to Tiger Tail Beach, snack bar,
playground, kayak, concession stand and paddleboat rentals. Walk
South for parasailing, jet skiing, movie theaters, shop,
restaurants, etc. Condos sleep 4-6. Fully equipped kitchens.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday usually, but there are exceptions.
The condominium complex requires a 7-night minimum stay. There is a
$20.00 Registration Fee per unit per rental, a $250 refundable deposit
and 10% Florida tax.
Week after Easter to week before Thanksgiving $800 weekly and $2,500 monthly.
Week before Thanksgiving to December 31,2008 $1150 weekly and $3,525 monthly
January 1, 2009 to week after Easter $1,700 Weekly and $4,750 monthly.
Deposits: We require 25% of the total rental fee, plus
the refundable deposit to hold the dates you desire. One month
before your arrival date the balance is due. Refunds Cancellations
must be made in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the
scheduled arrival date. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel
and the property is not re-rented. If the property is re-rented, all
money will be returned within thirty (30) days of the new booking
date.
