Located just 3 blocks from Charles Mears State Park on 54 West Lowell street (the street that takes you from downtown to the state park beach) Easy walk to the beach or Shopping and downtown is just a block the otherway. Perfect location.. Beachound was completly renovated over the past two years.
All new everything from floor to ceiling. Originally built in 1870 this historic location is the perfect place to park your car(s) and enjoy all that Pentwater has to offer. Sleeps 11! Parking for 4 cars off street.  Beachbound also has a large deck with a grill with plenty of seating!

Beachbound has a beautiful full bathroom with shower. Has newly installed instant on demand hot water. Never ends!  Handicap accessable. Complete modern kitchen with new appliances including electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Lower bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed. Large upper bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 bunk bed. 2nd upper bedroom features twin lower and single upper bunk. Off street parking for 4 cars. 2 tier deck with grill. Cable TV throughout the house. (1 TV provided) Games, bikes and a beach wagon! Basement bath and two additional bedrooms currently under construction.

Charle Mears State Park is just a short walk away. (3blocks) A wagon is provided. Downtown shopping is just a block away! Pentwater boatlaunch, Fishing, biking, boating..you name the activity. Several quality restraunts and shops to fill your day. Mini golf and ice Cream across the street! As we say "Beachbound" is the place to be.  Park you car for the week and relax!

May 1 to June 1 800 per week.  June 1 to July 1 1000 per week  July 1 through August $1,550 per week
Off season $600 per week.  Off season weekends by request
