This is also our "personal" vacation home, not just a rental, and we want you to feel like family! When you're not here, we are.
We've tried to provide you with the best of everything we could think of.
No scrimping and No "cheesy" beach furnishings.
We hope you'll relax and have a wonderful time. No need to
worry about those irritating Condo rules and mobs of people...and it's
wonderful to have your own Private Pool! (Newly installed heat-pump to keep pool warm during the cooler times!)

$1200. per week / $2900. per month
Speed Week , Bike Week , Biketoberfest , Easter , 4TH of July Week $1500.
( additional security deposit and departure cleaning fee of $125. ,* $150 for more than 2 week rentals)
12.5% tax
Monthly not available Feb-April & Jun-Aug
