ft of dockage located on Cudjoe Key at MM 23.  This home is kept in 
mint clean condition and has all the comforts needed for a relaxing 
and enjoyable stay.  Easy boating access for excellent fishing and 
diving including Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary!  Close to Key 
West or Little Palm Island for dining, entertainment and  
sightseeing.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available for monthly or seasonal rental year-round.  Rates vary  
based on season - please contact owner for rates. Additional fees  
include 11.5% sales tax, $125 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit  
and are not refundable with cancellations of less than 60 days.  All  
rental fees due 30 days before arrival.
