east with 10 foot ceilings and private garage.

From the moment you step into this luxury penthouse condo, you 
realize this is the best view in the community.  Wide sweeping views 
from the north, Kennedy Space Center, Jetty Park, the inlet, ships 
crossing your east view and to the South and Cocoa Beach. You 
have a front row seat to the beach, ocean, cruise ships and space 
launches.

Beautiful fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, upgraded granite
counter tops with a movable island, and a direct view of the beach.
The unit boasts 3 BR’s and 2 full baths furnished in a tropical
