beaches and have barbeque dinners at the water's edge. 
 
Located on the southwest side of Maury Island with westward views  
and just steps from the water, the cottage offers the ability to  
enjoy the sunsets and watch boating activity entering Quartermaster  
Harbor from Puget Sound. This home combines seclusion and waterfront  
living at its best.   Treat yourself to a relaxing, romantic island  
vacation. 
 
Cottage Details: Completely renovated, beautifully updated 1,000 sq.  
ft. beach home on prime waterfront.  2 bedroom, 1+3/4 bath; 2nd  
bedroom is 2 built-in twin beds great for children or small adults.   
Includes a queen-sized sleeper sectional for 2 additional  
occupants.   Vaulted ceilings with skylights.  Partially covered  
deck plus a sun deck along the bulkhead for lounging.  Gas grill,  
firewood and washer/dryer is available for guest use.

Activities and Attractions

Activities and attractions to enjoy on the Island include hiking, 
swimming, beach walks, kayaking, bird watching, horseback riding and 
fishing.  In the summer enjoy the popular Strawberry Festival in  
early July, Garden and Lavender Tours, music concerts in the park in 
downtown Vashon and the Saturday Market which features fresh products 
from local farmers and locally made items from the many artists who 
live on the island.  Year round are many art gallery tours, live 
theatre performances, and music concerts to entertain you.  There are 
more than 15 restaurants on the island serving from a wide variety of 
menus.

Nightly, weekly or monthly rentals available (2 night minimum) 
 
High-Season: May 1 - Sept. 30 
Nightly: US$200.00 (2 NIGHT MINIMUM) 
Weekly: US$1,200.00 (total 7 nights) 
Monthly: US$4,500.00  (total 28 nights) 
 
Off-Season: Oct. 1 - Apr. 30 
Nightly: US$150.00 per night (2 NIGHT MINIMUM) 
Weekly: US$900.00 (total 7 nights) 
Monthly: US$3,000.00  (total 28 nights) 
 
Notes: 
*4-6 people MAXIMUM occupancy 
*Subject to availability  
*No Friday or Saturday night move-outs 
*Sales tax of 8.4% will be added to rental fee. 
*Damage/Security Deposit: $200.00. 
*At booking ½ of the total rental fees to reserve your dates, with  
the balance due (incl'd the damage/security deposit) at time of  
arrival. 
*No smoking. 
*No pets. 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
*Less than 30 days before arrival date and renter cannot rebook the 
reservation = NO refund. 
*Less than 30 days before arrival date and renter is able to rebook 
reservation = Refund less a late cancellation fee of $100.00 for  
nightly stays and $200 for weekly/monthly rentals. 
*More than 30 days before arrival date = FULL refund
