views out of the livingroom French doors. Step out onto the front  
deck and enjoy the breeze while the sun glistens off the gulf. 
100 paces and you are on the beautiful white sands of Maderia Beach. 
With ceramic tile throughout, new appliances and cabinetry, and all  
other amenities your stay will be second to none.  
The living room has a gourgeous queen size sleeper, 2 chairs, cable  
TV/DVD, wireless internet and its own A/C. 
The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with plenty of closet and  
dresser  
space as well as its own cable TV/DVD, A/C and wireless internet.  
The  
adjoining  new ceramic bathroom boasts more closet space with a  
large  
shower. 
This second floor unit includes a rear deck for a relaxing dinner or  
sunbathing.

What our guests love most is that we are a smaller resort property,  
quiet and not as congested with local tourists.  Seperate Heating  
and  
A/C sytems. Heated swimming pool. Washer and dryer at no extra  
charge.

2 blocks from Famous Johns Pass Village Boardwalk that boasts over  
100 shops and resturaunts. 
Swimming, fishing, sailing, casino cruises and groceries all within  
walking distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

January - April $125 per day with a 2 day min., $600 per week, $2000  
per month. 
May - July $125 per day with a 2 day min., $500 per week, $1600 per  
month. 
August - December $125 per day with a 2 day min., $400 per week,  
$1400 per month. 
$250 Refundable security deposit. 
12% Florida Sales Resort & Sales Tax  
$50.00 Cleaning Fee 
*Some days and weeks may have special rates due to holidays!!
