This brand new home in the beautiful Villages of Crystal Beach  
offers the security of a gated community complete with a trolley  
service to the beach and Destin Commons. The large, resort-style  
pool includes a "short order" grill and beverage service during peak  
spring and summer. This lovely 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has a  
downstairs master suite. The kitchen features stainless steel  
applicances, tile floors and granite countertops. The living room  
offers a plush couch and roomy arm chairs, a TV and DVD player. The  
dining room includes service for 8 and has a small bar with bar  
stools. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a sitting room which  
converts into an extra sleeping area as needed. The upstairs balcony  
extends the width of the home and has great views of the pool. This  
home is perfect for getting away from real life!
