Vacation Rental Description

Located in Narrowsburg, NY just two hours from NYC is our year round 
vacation home built along the Delaware River. The house is a two 
bedroom, one bath on 3/4 of an acre with large picture widows facing 
the river. The view from the house is breathtaking, looking out at complete 
wilderness on the opposite side of the river. The river is renowned 
for swimming, rafting/canoeing/kayaking, fishing and is famous for 
its population of birds, especially bald eagles that live along the 
river. There is a large lawn ideal for spending time outdoors as 
well 
as a beach area next to the river. The house is walking distance (5 
blocks) from Main Street, with restaurants, antique stores and 
specialty shops. Narrowsburg is only 15 minutes to the new Bethel 
Woods Performing Arts Center and minutes from other quaint towns 
along the Delaware River corridor.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house comes fully furnished with everything you will need for 
any length of stay.  Just bring clothes and food! (and as a service to 
our clients- we'll even stock the fridge if requested!)

This home includes the following:

New furniture throughout the house, including a deluxe king sized 
master bed with high end linens and towels.

Gourmet kitchen has full service for eight people, including all 
cooking utensils required for take-out or cooking in.
Refrigerator w/ice maker,dishwasher,microwave,coffee/tea 
pots,blender,toaster oven, oven/range,gas barbque grill, etc.

Wireless internet, satellite TV, free nationwide (domestic) long 
distance phone service, video and music library as well as a nice 
selection of books and games. 

New outdoor furniture with a selection of lawn games.

Activities and Attractions

Narrowsburg, NY is the best example of a thriving River town along 
the upper Delaware River corridor. Sullivan County has been home to 
weekenders and vacationers since the early 1900's. Less than two 
hours away from New York City, it offers some of the most beautiful 
scenery and pristine waters on the east coast. The Catskills are 
world renowned for fly fishing, not only on the Delaware but in 
rivers such as the Beaverkill, Willoweemoc and Neversink, all only a 
short distance from Narrowsburg. There are local farmers markets and 
artist fairs throught the warmer months in many of the surrounding 
towns and villages. There are an abundance of golf courses and 
limitless activities for the outdoor enthusiast, offered year round. 
Narrowsburg and Sullivan county are home to local theater 
productions, caberet performances and the New Bethel Woods 
Performing Arts Center and Museum. Narrowsburg is only 20 minutes from the 
Mighty M Gaming and Racino at Monticello Raceway. A full list of
