Remember when choosing your stay,WE have views of the city night lights                                                          
as well as ocean views.   Many listed do not offer both!! 
We at Royal Pacific Hometels would like to extend a warm welcome,  
whether your stay with us is for business purposes or pleasure.     
Enjoy this beautiful new condo with wrap around balconies  
overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the downtown city lights! 
This is a 2 Bedroom, (2 queen size beds, along  with pullout sleeper  
ottoman), and 2 Full Bath (with oversized oval  
grecian style tubs with marble throughout). Beautiful, complete  
kitchen with large working island and granite throughout. 
Washer and Dryer, Vongage unlimited long distance phone calls(within  
U.S.) DVD, CD/Stereo, Plasma T.V. with free movie channels,Payper  
view/Pay on Demand Movies, (to be billed separately), Wireless  
Internet Connection and working desk, air conditioning, ceiling  
fans, and a private balcony/bar off the master bedroom overlooking  
the city lights and the grand fountains of the Performing Art  
Center!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Royal Pacific Hometels also comes with a state of the art fitness  
center, heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.  Plush robes await you as  
you lounge and enjoy the jacuzzi or sit back on the balcony and  
enjoy the sunrise or sunset!  
Royal Pacific also offers something most rentals do not,...bicycles! 
We have 6 beach cruisers availabe for use (restrictions and  
disclaimers apply) along with one private garage and one parking  
stall. (Additonal bike rentals are availabe 2 streets away, and we  
have also provided bike maps which includes paths along the beach.)   
The full kithchen is complete with microwave, foreman grill, crock  
pot, fondue pot(s) even a chocolate fountain!! 
All basic stock supplies are provided, even complimentary champagne  
or sparkling cider upon your arrival.

Activities and Attractions

During your stay at Royal Pacific Hometels, the activities are  
endless and the choices are priceless.  We are steps away from the  
beach, the Marina, Rainbow Harbor and the famous revived "Pike" with  
all its great dining and nightlife along with the well known major  
attactions such as: Long Beach Aquarium, Long Beach Arena, Long  
Beach Performing Art Center,and the Long Beach Convention Center.  
You can walk to the Long Beach Pier where you can either catch the  
Catalina Flier and visit the beautiful island of Catalina or catch  
the water taxi's and visit the great restaurants along the harbor.  
You can even ride your bikes and catch the "Aqua Link" boat which  
takes you over to the Famous Queen Mary, or Alamitos Bay, only a 20  
minute boat ride away! (Ask about our many special discounts to some  
of these attractions.) 
Disneyland, its' Convention Center, and Knottsberry Farm are 20  
minutes away. Universal Studios and Hollywood are less than an hour  
away and both the Los Angeles International Airport and the Long  
Beach Airport are within 30 minutes as well.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekends- Friday-Sunday  $290.00 per day 
Weekdays- Monday/Thursday $245.00 per day 
Weekly rate- $2,000.   
Monthly Rate- $3500.  What a steal!  (INCLUDES cleaning service  
every 2 weeks!) 
Cleaning Fee- $75.00  
Reservation guaranteed by credit card/ or cahiers check   
Refund policy- 48  hours 
Security Deposit- $450.00 Refundable
