Vacation Rental Description

This is the perfect getaway house for someone looking to escape the 
city life, sitting on a very private one acre parcel with direct 
access and views of the Upper Delaware River in Narrowsburg, NY. Off 
the back of the house is a large open deck with a commanding view of 
the river and a large backyard and beach area. The view looks out to 
the Pennsylvania shoreline and an unspoiled view of rocks and 
mountains with a few waterfalls to complete the picture. 
The house has a full kitchen with all new appliances and is 
decorated in an Adirondack fishing lodge theme. A cast iron stove
(gas fireplace) now completes the decor.
The Delaware River is renowned for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and 
canoeing. The house is located 5 blocks from the downtown of 
Narrowsburg, a beautiful river town filled with shops and restaurants

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house comes fully furnished with everything you will need for 
any length of stay.  Just bring clothes and food! (and as a service 
to our clients- we'll even stock the fridge if requested!)

This home includes the following:

New furniture throughout the house, including a deluxe king sized 
master bed with high end linens and towels.

We have recently installed a gas fireplace in this home.

The kitchen has full service for 6 people, including all 
cooking utensils required for take-out or cooking in.
Refrigerator,oven/range,microwave,coffee/tea 
pots,gas barbque grill, etc.

Wireless internet, satellite TV, free nationwide (domestic) long 
distance phone service, video and music library as well as a nice 
selection of books and games. 

New outdoor furniture with a selection of lawn games.

Activities and Attractions

Narrowsburg, NY is the best example of a thriving River town along 
the upper Delaware River corridor. Sullivan County has been home to 
weekenders and vacationers since the early 1900's. Less than two 
hours away from New York City, it offers some of the most beautiful 
scenery and pristine waters on the east coast. The Catskills are 
world renowned for fly fishing, not only on the Delaware but in 
rivers such as the Beaverkill, Willoweemoc and Neversink, all only a 
short distance from Narrowsburg. There are local farmers markets and 
artist fairs throught the warmer months in many of the surrounding 
towns and villages. There are an abundance of golf courses and 
limitless activities for the outdoor enthusiast, offered year round. 
Narrowsburg and Sullivan county are home to local theater 
productions, caberet performances and the New Bethel Woods 
Performing 
Arts Center and Museum. Narrowsburg is only 20 minutes from the 
Mighty M Gaming and Racino at Monticello Raceway.
