Located on the popular Chain of Lakes. This well
cared for home is located directly across from Lake Cannon and Lake Cannon Park.  This clean quiet home offers panoramic lake views access to a new boat launch (public) and fishing dock!

This vacation home has a split floor plan with two bedrooms and bath
on one end while the master bedroom & attached bath are located on the opposite end. The master bath includes a walk in shower and nice size walk in closet.
Also included is a fully equiped kitchen with roomy dining and living areas. The master bedroom and guest room offer king size beds. the third bedroom has full size bed.   The beds are all very comfortable and all the furniture has been recently updated.

The home includes solid oak flooring with Ceramic in the kitchen, master and bathrooms.

You will find the home very well cared for, comfortable, clean and quiet.

towels and bedding, fully equiped kitchen as well as washer and dryer.

The master bedroom now has a ceiling fan!  So all bedrooms, the dinning room and office/family room include ceiling fans to help keep the house cool and comfortable.

*Monthly rate range from $1,000 to $2,200 based on time of year and
length of stay.  Stay more than one month during the summer for $1000.00 (or less) per month!  (based on number of occupants and lenght of stay)

Lovely Place - Great Owner

This place was great and it has all the essentials one would need while away from home as this was my first vacation home rental. The owner was so accommodating as I rented this unit at the last minute for a family emergency. I've always been a hotel type of person but this open my eyes to a new style of accommodation that makes you feel as if you're home. You're right across the street from a beautiful lake (so bring fishing rods) with picnic tables and a playground. The neighborhood is quiet, not much street traffic and overall a peaceful area. You can't go wrong renting this location if you're looking for a place that allows you to enjoy theme park activities, homey environment, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic but close to main roads, anxious crowds all while enjoying a beautiful scenery morning, noon and night not to mention renting from a great owner. I'm glad to have this experience and will definitely make a vacation home rental my first choice of accommodation.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

the house was very clean well maintained and spacious, nicely decorated and there was everything you would need to cook, clean,do laundry,grill out and enjoy the yard and lake. we were very comfortable there, the owner was so helpful, friendly ,and was accurate on his information when we spoke on the phone.I would recommend this property to my friends. the property was located near shopping , attractions ,many restaurants and easy access to main highways between tampa and orlando.the neighbor on the back property was very friendly and helpful.we stayed the previous two years by disney and it was crazy, this was so much more peaceful and quiet, and we could get to disney in 30 mins. from the house when we decided to go.

Very nice home across from Lake Cannon in Winter Haven. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only complaints would be that the master bedroom was very hot. Also had next door renter use the washer and dryer located in the garage while we were gone. (This wouldn't have been a problem if we had known that the W/D were going to be shared, but we had to remove wet clothes from the washer to accomodate the neighbor)

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing
