Vacation Rental Description

Just bring your toothbrush and a bathing suit! 
Luxury  renovated large 3 Bedroom 2 Bath deepwater complete newly  
furnished home east of US 1(no fixed bridges so bring your sailboat,  
fly bridge or jet ski). The dock will accommodate a boat up to 35'  
to 40' feet. 
The house has 3 Bedrooms that sleep 2 each (six total) and an extra  
pull out couch for 2 people in case you expect more guests. 
For entertainment you have a large patio with water view for the  
pool party outside and cable TV's, Surround Stereo, Dining room,  
Playroom with full size Air hockey table inside. 
The bathrooms have a Jacuzzi and a glass shower with multiple   
shower jet system. 
The Kitchen has two ovens, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator,  
freezer, icemaker and dishwasher.  
Glasses, plates, silverware, pots and pans, towels and bed sheets  
have been added for your convenience. 
In the laundry room you have a washer, dryer, ironing board and an  
additional freezer.  
Central AC and private fenced yard. 
Pool and lawn service is included. 
Internet and phone upon request.

Vacation Rental Amenities

By Boat: 
The house is  2 minutes from the intercostal waterway so there is no  
long idling to put your boat on plane. Plenty of waterfront dining  
within minutes from the house. The famous Beach is located just on  
the east side of the intercostals waterway. Take the boat north to  
Palm Beach, south to Miami or the Florida keys or hop over 70 miles  
to the Bahamas. 
No boat? Take the water taxi, rent a boat or buy one (we are boat  
dealers and cut you a deal!) 
On Land: 
Publix, Office depot, Restaurants, drycleaners, hairdressers,   
fitness studios, nail salons,  hospitals pubs, pharmacy, ATM, Dive  
shops  are within a 1 mile radius. The Pompano Golf course is 2.5  
miles north of the house. The newly opened  Iles Casino  with dog  
track is 10 minutes away. The very safe upscale neighborhood is  
protected by the Broward Sheriff’s office.    
Flying in? 
Fort Lauderdale international Airport (FLL) in only 15 miles away.  
Close enough to drive but to fair to hear the planes. 
Miami International (Mia) is 40 minutes to the south 
Palm Beach (PBI) is 30 minutes to the north 
 
Kid’s?  
No problem, we can provide a crib and a changing table. 
Pet’s?  
Shouldn’t be a problem. We're animal lovers. 
 
Fishing? 
Just fish from your own Dock or go to the Pompano Beach fishing pier  
and fishing boat charter just minutes away. 
 
Need a maid? 
We get you in contact with a reputable service.

Vacation Rental Rates

*Rent 3 weeks get the 4 week free!  
 
Rates are as follows and are subject to change; 
 
*November through April ... $1900.00 per week (us) 
*May through October ... $1500 per week (us) 
*Holiday weeks extra 
 
*annual $3000 a month 
*6 months $4000 a month 
*3 months $4700 a month to be paid in full(1 payment of 14,100)

Electricity and water are not included in the 3 month or longer  
rentals 
 
Payment in U.S funds by check, money order, wire or Paypal  
Paypal payments don’t qualify for the 2.9% cash payment price show  
above. 
  
 
Please add 11% Florida sales tax for rentals of 6 month or less. 
Cleaning fee $125. 
 
 
RATE POLICIES: 
Weekly rates are based on a Saturday arrival - Friday departure.  
Rates are in $US and are subject to change without notice.  
 
DEPOSIT & RENTAL PAYMENTS:  
Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of $500  
within 15 days to guarantee your dates. This deposit will be  
returned  
to you after checkout and positive inspection of the premises. The  
first rental installment of 50% is due 60 days prior to reservation  
date. The second rental installment of 50% is due 30 days prior to  
your reservation date.  
 
CANCELLATIONS: 
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are  
made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no  
penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay,  
that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full  
advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or  
early  
departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
