42" flat plasma screen TV in family room, FREE high speed InternetWireless connection,PS2 console  
Video Library.Three-car garage, granite kitchen counter top, hardwood flooring throughout.  
 
The Master bedroom offers a Cal-King-size bed 27" TV with cable and a  
huge bathroom with a bath tub, double sinks, separate shower stall, toilet in its own  
room with a door, and a very large walk-in closet. The other rooms offer a Full-size beds, mirror  
closets in all rooms, padded carpets. 
 
 
Enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill, under the covered patio.Cooking  
utensils,included. This gorgeous home is very secluded from the  
neighbors and offers a large yard with its own miniature golf  
course. No other hotel or home offers a setting like this. View of  
the golf course 4th hole. Plants with exquisite landscape.Panoramic  
views of the mountains outside the patio. There is NO SMOKING 
Allowed Inside The Home, but the covered porch lends itself to an  
after dinner beverage and smoke (cigar or cigarette). . 
 
The kitchen is fully-equipped just like your at home. There is a  
coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, all  
stainless steel.Double stainless steel sink with garbage disposal,  
all utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and a beautiful  
granite counter top. There is also an alarm system throughout the  
house.

I had the pleasure of staying here in January 07 with my father and  
2 of my sisters. The house is beautiful! It is nicely decorated and  
very welcoming. It was just a short drive, maybe 10 minutes max, to  
the strip. Unfortunately, it was rather cold when we were there so  
we weren't able to make use of the nice patio & putting green. Peter  
was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. We  
would definately stay here again if/when we go back to Vegas. Thank  
you Peter!

 My husband and I stayed at Peter's home and thought it was  
wonderful! The home is brand new so we enjoyed staying there. Peter  
and Stephanie did a great job of making sure we were comfortable and  
had everything we needed- thanks for everything and to anybody that

Refundable Security Deposit will be $400.00 for Nightly or $600.00 for Weekly rentals.  
  
$175.00 Cleaning Fee - Non Refundable. 
 
Cancellation & Return Policy 
$100.00 Cancelaation Fee will be Charged at all times. 
60 days prior to arrival -- all money (except cancellation fee) refunded.  
45 days prior to arrival -- 1/2 money refunded.  
30 days or less -- all monies forfited.
