for a $100 damage deposit-full rent is due 30 days before arrival-or sooner The complex and our condo have had extensive work. The kitchen has new cabinets,sink,stove and large frig.The living area has a new sleeper sofa and rocker recliner.New drapes are on the new slider door complete with screen-you can leave the door open to hear the ocean without fearing the bugs.The balcony is a wonderful place to have your coffee and watch the sunrise.

The condo has a Hawaiian decor.We want our guests to feel the aloha spirit .Ohana means family-we will treat you like that.

The Hawaiian Inn is much improved.The 3 year long remodel of balconies and windows is almost completed-due to the expense of the windows some owners have not replaced them-The pool and tiki bar are open-weekly aloha  dinner and shows are held.

The Hawaiian Inn is a fun place for your vacation.

We will have 1 T.Vs and radio/cd player-vcr and dvd player-bring your own

music and movies.

Towels and bedding are provided.

We have struggled with our rates-we know the economy is still hard and gas prices are high.

We have put a lot of time,work,money into the Hawaiian Inn-We are proud of the resort.If you find our rates are too expensive ,phone we may be able to work with you on some dates.
