Lake Hill Home in Lake Placid

This is a personal get-a-way for us in the off season whenever we
have the time to take advantage of it. We have to sacrifice it during
the winter months though, in order to help make ends meet until our
retirement.
This lake home is situated between the towns of Lake Placid to the
South and Sebring to the North, both just minutes away. This is a
modern 2/2 with a convertable den for an added sleeping, office, or
reading room.
Situated on the North side of 70 acre Lake Hill, it is a perfect
place to get away from it all.

This house is a fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath and den with a master walk-in closet. All linens included.

 2 car garage, washer and dryer, complete with full kitchen utensils and microwave oven;

Large screen
T/V with a satellite receiver for the living room and master bedroom.

Enjoy having coffee in the screened in patio and watching the
SandhillCranes dancing in the backyard with Lake Hill in the
background.

A privatedock is always there to fish or just watch the sunset
sipping your favorite beverage.
Fishing, skiing, or swimming is always right at the backdoor.

Golfing, fishing/boating, and shopping are all nearby or just visit
Lake Placid and take in the 36 mesmorizing murals displayed in the
downtown area.
Sebring, also is always buzzing with outdoor activities including
art festivals, antiquing, or annual bar-b-ques. There is a total of 76
lakes to visit in the area most with a public boat ramp or park.
Highlands hammock state park is located just N. of the town of
Sebring which is a must see, and enjoy a wonderful fish fry on
Fridays between 4 and 8 p.m. We, also have 2 bicycles (His and Hers)
available to ride through the neighborhoods.

$1,650.00/month for a 2 month minimum stay or $1,500.00/month for the
minimum of 3 months. Rent includes enhanced satellite t/v programming and electric up to $75.00/mo.

 We require $800.00 for security/deposit purposes to hold a reservation and for any undue damages beyond normal wear and tear.
 

It has been our experience that all of the renters, to date, have left the house in impecable order after their stay, thank you!
