Harborwalk in Harwich Port

Operated as a guest house for over 100 years, Harborwalk is
available for the first time as a weekly rental. This 1880's
Victorian home is known for the expansive front porch, where there
is always a breeze from Wychmere Harbor. The first floor holds a
large dining room seating 12, 2007 kitchen, a handicapped accessible
bedroom and bath, and two parlors. The second floor has 5
bedrooms: two have private baths, three bedrooms share a common
bath.
Two of the bedrooms are twins, one has bunks, the others are
queens.
The location is ideal for one who wants to leave the car parked. Walk to the
beach, shops, restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk. It is an
easy ride to the bike trail and
the nearest golf course is a 10 minute walk away. Wychmere Harbor,
the most-photographed harbor on the Cape is at the end of the street.
A caretaker apartment is located on the back end of the house.

Cable, DVD, wireless internet, enclosed outdoor shower, large
capacity washer and dryer, all new appliances, parking for up to 4 cars in the rear.

Rent a Victorian guesthouse for your wedding or special occasion.
Rental is Sunday to Sunday. During July and August, the rate is $3300. A $250 cleaning fee is
required. Bed and bath linens are provided for your convenience. A deposit of 50%
of the rental fee is required to hold the week of your choice.
Deposits are fully refundable if requested 4 months prior to the
period being held,or after that if the house is re-rented.
