Directly across the street from white sand beaches of the Gulf of  
Mexico. You'll enjoy sun, sand, and relaxing in this quaint 1st  
floor vacation hideaway. You can watch the sunsets or fish off the  
dock on the bay at the opposite end of the street. Less than 1 hr.  
from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, and the Florida Aquarium. Less  
than 10 minutes from Johns Pass shops, restaurants, day cruises,  
casino cruises, and marina. 
Pets up to 20 pounds welcome with prior approval. This efficiency is  
not equipped for children. WE DO NOT RENT TO SMOKERS.  
Available weekend, weekly, monthly, all year round.

Completely furnished; nothing lacking. Full kitchen, refrigerator,  
stove, microwave, George Foreman grill on Patio. New washer and  
dryer on  
premises. Cable TV, DVD player and CD player.

* $200 long term/$100 short term deposit. 
* $75 cleaning fee. 
* $50 short term/$100 long term small pet (max 20 lbs) charge. 
Plus applicable taxes - All monies due 30 days before check-in 
30 day cancellation notice required for deposit refund.
