pull down,queen size,Murphy bed, full kitchen facilities with eat in
bar and dish washer.All bedding and towels provided.

TILED WALK-IN SHOWER WITH SEAT FOR EASY ACCESS. BRAND NEW LEATHER
SOFA BED AND LEATHER ROCKER RECLINER. Plenty of closet space.
Everything you need is provided except for your food and clothing.
Approximately 45 minutes from Tampa International airport and 20
minutes from St. Petersburg/Clearwater airport.1 1/2 hours from
Orlando and attractions.

Entrance to condo safe and secure by key entry only. Apartment size
washer and dryer, central heat and air with humidistat, ceiling fan
in living area.  HD TV with basic cable and local phone line provided.Stereo and DVD player included. Private pool and hot tub available for use only by renters/owners. Tiki hut(rental) for parties located on the second floor terrace. Barbeque grill and shuffle board available for use. Private, locked gates
open to your own private beach area. Covered parking with permit
(available at the office) for one vehicle, guests may park in the
front of the building. MUST RENT FOR NO LESS THAN A 2 WEEK PERIOD AT THE LEAST!!!!!!

boating, fishing, parasailing, wave runners, casino cruise, dolphin
cruise, tennis, golfing, miniature golf, shopping. Fine Dining and
fast food restaurants all within walking distance. John's Pass

front porch.Seasonal professional baseball camps in season,theaters,
museums,concerts, and so much more in this area or very close by in
Tampa!

November thru June $ 750.00 per week/ $2200.00 per month
July thru October $ 650.00 per week/ $1800.00 per month
$500.00 non - refundable deposit to hold week or month. 50% down--6
months before arrival, remainder must be paid 60 days before
arrival. no return if cancelled after 60 days from arrival $250.00
securiy deposit must be paid with balance of the rent. The condo
association requires the condo to be rented NO LESS than TWO WEEKS
at a time.ALL MONTHLY RENTALS ARE FROM THE 1st DAY OF THE MONTH TO THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. check in is 4 pm check out is 10 am----NO EXCEPTIONS
