At 4,005 sq.ft. our villa is one of the largest in the area. There is
plenty of room to spread out in this 2 story home - Extra-large eat-in
kitchen, plus dining room so everyone can sit. Two separate living
room areas, and best of all - a fully-equipped, air-conditioned game
room with pool table, Foosball, stereo CD/radio, TV/VCR/DVD.
Equipped with all the luxuries and conveniences that we prefer when we
vacation - extra soft 600 Threaded all-cotton sateen sheets, thick
cotton towels, Playstation 2 with games to keep the kids (and the
young at heart!) busy, large movie assortment, TV in every master
bedroom, game room, nursery w/full-size crib & porta-crib, extra-large
pool area, Etc! Wireless high-speed internet is now available; just
bring your laptop (equipped with wireless card) and access the
internet from anywhere in the villa!
Each of the 4 master bedrooms has private bathroom access.
One master is on the first floor (for folks who don't do stairs). The
remaining 3 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, and 2 roll-away beds are
also available.  TVs in every bedroom.

* Our villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with adjoining bath. Three
of the masters have king beds; the fourth has a queen. The 3 remaining
twin bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. There is also a separate nursery

there are 2 roll away beds which can be placed anywhere, as well as a
sleep sofa in the family room. Teens and others will appreciate the
Playstation 2 with several games which is in the largest of the twin
bedrooms.

travel directions & short-cuts, as well as information on all the area
attractions, including: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios.
GOLF - with over 80 courses catering to every skill level, duffers and
low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects
like Tom Fazio, Robert Trent Jones, and Jack Nicklaus. Some of the
area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve -
5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes, Southern Dunes - 16
minutes, Diamondback Golf Club - 26 minutes.
FISHING - the Orlando area is famous for its lakes. Many fishing
charter services are available.  There is a list of local
fishing charter companies available for your use.
