Hacienda Kass is an exquisite luxury beachfront villa with central
air-conditioning, 15'x20' infinity pool, rooftop observation area, and
large balconies with spectacular views of the Caribbean! Sleeps up to
12 people.
An extraordinary, covered entrance way welcomes you to Hacienda Kass,
the only hacienda style villa on Soliman Bay. This unique beachfront
home is one of the most architecturally exquisite villas on the entire
Riviera Maya. Hacienda Kass is the perfect combination for those
looking for style, function and comfort on the beach.

The massive front door, a masterpiece - custom made of Coba wood and
wrought iron - opens onto a spacious open floor plan which includes
the slightly sunken living room, a cozy dining area and gourmet kitchen.

Most everything in the tastefully decorated living room, from the
formal couches, to the wooden coffee table and leather chairs, were
custom made or hand carved in Mexico. Hacienda Kass' central air
conditioning and Rocco marble floors on the first floor will keep you
cool, while the many custom-made candelabra chandeliers will light
your way throughout the villa. Wood sculptures and incredible artwork
from around the world complete the décor. Enjoy the Satellite TV with
DVD player from the living room while the deluxe Surround Sound stereo
system with Bose speakers are conveniently located throughout the
first floor and outside by the pool. The combination of traditionally
formal décor, together with the modern conveniences, offers the
perfect combination for those looking for style, function and comfort.

In between the living area and kitchen is a lovely wood dining table
that comfortably seats ten. Lights from the 16' beamed and brick domed
ceiling accent the kitchen's industrial-sized appliances. A stainless
steel refrigerator, six burner stove/oven, dishwasher, and a complete
compliment of accessories, including a cold water dispenser for
purified water, will meet the needs of even the most demanding chef.
However, if you so desire, cook service is available upon request.

Hacienda Kass has five air conditioned bedrooms, of which four are
Master Bedrooms. Each has a full bathroom en-suite, lots of closet
space, ample living space and private access to either a patio (pool
level bedroom) or a balcony with an ocean view. The rooftop bedroom
opens to the rooftop observation area. Four of the bedrooms have a
security safe.

The Downstairs Master Bedroom has a sitting area with a leather
lounger and a king bed. The en suite bathroom has an extremely large
closet, a marble, double sink basin, a private toilet and bidet, and a
swirled shower with natural color tile which offers a gorgeous ocean
view. This bedroom also has its own access to the pool.

As you move about the second and third floors you will notice the
lovely Spanish tile. The upstairs front of the villa offers three
balconies with jungle views.

The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a sitting area with leather loungers
and a king bed with a Temperpedic (memory foam) mattress on a large,
wooden 4 poster bed. The en suite bathroom has a Taleverra double sink
basin, a private toilet and bidet, and a swirled tile shower with a
gorgeous ocean view. The large, oceanfront balcony is perfect for
massages. There is also plenty of comfortable seating and hammocks on
this balcony (which is shared by the other two bedrooms on either side).

The Second Upstairs Master Bedroom has a queen size Spanish, antique-
carved sleigh bed. The en suite bathroom has a turquoise Taleverra
double sink basin, a private toilet, and a swirled tile shower also
with a gorgeous ocean view. On one side, this bedroom opens onto the
shared balcony with its gorgeous Caribbean view. On the other side, it
opens onto an ample sized balcony with an outstanding jungle view.

The Third Upstairs Master Bedroom has a sitting area with leather
loungers and a king bed featuring a rattan head and foot board. The en
suite bathroom has a cobalt blue double sink basin, a private toilet,
and a swirled tile shower which offers a spectacular ocean view. On
one side, this bedroom opens onto the shared balcony . On the other
side, it opens onto the balcony with the jungle view.

The stairway to the third floor leads to a beautifully tiled full bath
with a stand up shower. This bathroom services the guests staying in
the Fifth Bedroom as well as those enjoying the view from the rooftop
observatory.

The Fifth bedroom has a wrought iron candelabra chandelier, a
magnificent, antique, wood armoire, a king bed and private access to
the rooftop observatory. This is a wonderful, private place as it is
the only bedroom on this level.

From the highest point in Soliman Bay, your rooftop observatory will
provide you with stunning views of the bay, the sea, and the immense
jungle. The built-in seating and queen size lounger, with comfortable
cushions, are perfect for lounging in the sun by day, soaking in the
sunrise or sunset at twilight, or stargazing in the evening. It's also
a great place for cocktails served from the wet bar, complete with
sink and refrigerator, in the covered roof top foyer.

The 15' x 20' infinity pool has a spectacular, Grecian aquaduct
waterfall that spills into the blue tiled, custom designed infinity
pool. There is lots of privacy with the empty lots on both sides, as
well as a gorgeous stone wall, lush landscaping, and beautiful gardens
that surround the pool. There is also a generous supply of lounge
chairs on the beach and by the pool to accommodate 10 guests.

The covered, poolside patio offers a shaded sitting area with hammocks
and plenty of comfortable seating. The outdoor patio also features a
unique, large, round glass dining table with a huge tree trunk for the
base which seats 10 for casual dining on meals cooked on the stainless
steel gas grill.

A bathhouse with marble floors, cobalt blue tile, a double sink basin
from Merida, and a separate shower and toilet on either side of the
sink, makes this the perfect changing area. Along the pathway in
between the pool and the ocean is an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Soliman Bay offers some of the best snorkeling, swimming and sandy
beaches on the Mayan Riviera.
