Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with private screened in  
pool. Located 5 miles from Disney. Our home is located in a 24-hour  
guarded community.  In addition to your own private screened-in  
pool, our community offers a larger community swimming pool,   
basketball court, tennis court, and children's play park.  
 
We are ideally situated just off of Route 192 with all of it's fine  
stores and restaurants. Shopping, including Super Wal-Mart and  
Publix, is only 5 minutes away for all of your shopping needs.  In  
addition to all of the big amusement parks, Old Town is also close  
by and offers a unique experience in shopping, dining, the famous  
skycoaster and  sling shot, live entertainment, and so much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

$550. per week during low season. (Jan., Sept., Oct., Nov.,Dec. 1-19) 
     
 
$598. per week for February, March, April, May, June, and August 
 
$625.00 per week July and Thanksgiving Week 
 
$750. per week for Christmas, New Year's, and Easter seasons.  
 
13% Florida tax added to all rentals. 
 
$150. Refundable Security Deposit. 
 
Nightly rates available upon request. 
 
Stays of under 6 nights incur a $60.00 cleaning fee. 
 
Discounts on stays 2 weeks and over. 
 
Optional Pool Heat $15.00 per day. Minimum of 6 days. 
 
Payment accepted by Paypal for a 4.9% fee. 
 
Pets allowed by homeowner permission and incur a $65.00 non- 
refundable pet fee.
