Rates in US Funds
All rates are subject to a $80 cleaning fee + 12% sales tax.
A deposit of $300 per week is required to confirm a reservation,
with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Deposit is applied
toward rental amount. Payments may be made by cash,
check, or credit card. The reservation deposit is refundable less a
$250 fee for any cancellation received at least 60 days before
arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellation within 60 days. No refunds will be given for interruption due to inclement weather.
