Vacation Rental Description

This condo is located in beautiful Petoskey on highway M-119 
adjacent 
to the Petoskey State Park.  It is walking distance,(5 to 7 minutes) 
to the beach, with no roads to cross for beach access.  In front of 
the condo is asphalt covered bike path that goes from Harbor Springs 
to Charlevoix.

The condo was built in 1998. It has easy access, vehicle 
parking in front.  One bedroom contain 2 twin beds, and the other 
a queen, bedrooms in upper part of unit, each with a bathroom. A 
sofa-
bed can sleep two. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A fully equipted kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot 
and new dishwasher. Cable T.V. is located in the living room and 
both 
bedrooms.  A gas grill, outdoor table and chairs are located on the 
deck (except during winter). The condo is fully equipped with bed 
linens and bath towels, dishes and cooking utensils.
 
The condo is also equipted with washer and dryer.

Central air conditioning was  installed June 2003.

restrictions - no pets, and no smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Spring-spring skiing at three resorts. Millions of trillium along 
beautiful highway M-119 in May. Lots of discount golfing. Good 
skiing 
takes place until the end of March.

Summer:Swimming, boating, walking, bicycling. Festivals and art 
fairs 
and shows every weekend. There are approx. 12 golf courses within a 
15 minute drive.

Fall:Color change in beautiful Northern Michigan the first 2 weeks 
of 
October. Golfing.

Winter:Downhill and cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.

Petoskey is 1 1/2 hour to Traverse City, 20 minutes to Charlevoix, 
40 
minutes to Mackinaw Bridge, 5 minutes to Harbor Springs.

Vacation Rental Rates

$750-$850 per week.  Check with me about special prices during 
April, 
May, June and September, October, Novenber. 

color tour in Upper Michigan, the first 2 weeks of October is $700.

July and August are $850. a week.  Last 2 weeks of June and First 2 
of September $800. rest of June and September $700. April, May, 
last 2 weeks of October $600. if multiple weeks $600.

Because we fill up during the summer there is only weekly rentals.

We like to rent Friday to Friday, that way you will be here for full 
weekend for the many festivals in this area. If you request a 
Saturday to Saturday that is possible, depends of the calendar.
