There are two bedrooms with queen beds. One of these bedrooms has a
bathroom, the third bedroom has a single bed with a pullout trundle
bed. Livingroom has a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Fully
equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. Out side patio
area with table and chairs. Property situated on our own 50 acre
lake. Great views, plenty of room and inside our gated facility.

Located on private, 50 acre, gated, waterski lake. Waterskiing
available but not included in the price.
Great fishing. Two lighted tennis courts. Ten minutes from airport,
twenty minutes from beach area. 10 minutes from Downtown Fort
Lauderdale, and minutes away from the malls and many restaurants.

There are many wonderful things to do in Fort Lauderdale; dining at
the worlds finest restaurants with cuisine for every palate. There
are many malls offering designer discount goods (Sawgrass Mills
Mall), high end stores like Macy's, and Neiman Marcus. The beach is
8 miles away with restaurants, waverunner rentals, kite surfing,
windsurfing, and boat rentals. Downtown Fort Lauderdale, has a fine
performing arts center and a museum of art, and a science museum for
the kids. South Beach in Miami is 30 minutes to the south, where you
will experience an exotic tropical nightlife and great shopping by
day. We own a waterski school, where you can reserve water ski
lessons if you would like.

$995.00 per week
To reserve your dates a $200 deposit is payable, with the balance to
be paid upon arrival. Please note your deposit is non-refundable
should you cancel.
